Question My playtime got canceled?

Hi!
Initially, I reserved a playtime for 12/16/2016 at 5:00 PM EST. Yesterday (12/14/16) however, my schedule for the following day opened up allowing me to reserve a playtime for today (12/15/2016) at 5:00 PM EST. When I logged on to the lanucher, it said that I hadn't reserved a playtime. When I checked the website, it said that I still needed to reserve a playtime.

Any idea as to what might have happened?
I reserved this playtime from my mobile device, so maybe that messed it up?

I'm sorry I can't help you. I do not think this is a question, more of a bug/glitch .

Yeah apparently there is a glitch right now causing people to lose their play times. Just hang in there and i'm sure it will get resolved soon enough!
