NPC interaction incomplete?

This could just be me but often when I talk to an NPC for a quest instead of giving me a long message they just say Great Job! or Excellent Work. If this was in POTCO and I didn't realize it or if they haven't finished NPC interaction please tell me in this thread.

Yeah I have noticed this too. I haven't done any research but to me it doesn't seem like what was in POTCO.

It seems like they fail to set up the next quest you are supposed to get. I will often leave a very short dialogue after turning in my quest and wonder, do I have another quest to do? I will then check and see that yes I received one, but I have no idea what the story is behind it. Seems like a little something is missing, but that is just my experience with it.

Yes, that and some audio is missing. I think they just want to ensure it works first then add the dialog later. Until then, you can check the reason for the mission in the journal.
