I noticed on the latest developer screening that there was 6 pirate slots for the account. Will 6 Pirates be allowed to be created instead of 4 like POTCO?

Also, How will TLOPO Rules stand on how many accounts a single person can create? (I Understand if this hasn't been a topic discussed)

6 pirates can be created

It used to be 4 pirates now 6 so 2 more had beef added

Your first question was answered above. For the second one, a person can create as many accounts as they want. However, only one account is allowed per email address. So if you wanted 5 TLOPO accounts, you'd have to have 5 different email addresses ready.
