Ogre Spawn Points

A couple days ago I got the quest to find a chest from an EITC Ogre ship. I couldn't find one. Does anyone know where I can find one at? Like where they usually spawn at? Thanks.

I usually sail around the French island and find them there or Isla Canjeros.
