You can see them at any fishing lvl, but you have to be lvl 5 to catch them.

That is the only fish I hate they always go after my lure more than any other fish and tunas are the only fish to ever have stolen my lures.

Indeed they are, but I always have trouble with those Parrot fish, darn lure stealers. lol
