Glitch Quest Tracker not showing up

My quest tracker isn't displaying for some reason. I am in the beginning and don't remember exactly where to go when I played the game years ago. I already got the compass. Any help would be appreciated!

I’ve had the same issue. I’ve just been googling where I need to go since I can’t always remember the locations. Where are you trying to go?

It actually started working after I started the quest where you have to destroy a navy ferret and 4 navy guards. I think the first few missions are just bugged with the tracker.

The quest tracker hasn't worked correctly since day one , It randomly works at It's own will !
