The bosses on Ravens Cove seem too not be spawning on all servers. Is what I assume he's talking about. If not then that's an issue as well lol.

oh yea sry i assumed everyone knew they were bugged since im pretty sure it's been a thing for quite some time now, haven't seen foulberto there in ages
