Glitch Reset Glitch?

I was farming the other day for HOURS and collected some bright items while using my pistol, sword, doll, and dagger. The game shut down because of an update, then when I got back on this morning, everything was reset.
Why?

Also, yesterday I completed several quests, sword, padre tp, and they are reset as well.

this glitch is borderline game breaking and could drive away players, FIX THIS.

They had a data-base rollback that erased approximately 8 hours of gameplay to try and fix another issue.

Yea the only problem is I lost a quest about 2 hours before midnight last night and mine did not come back

Did that last night when it happened. As I have each time it has happened with a new pirate. This will be the 3rd out of 6 pirates that has had this problem.

Already sent an email. Guild member had similar issue months ago and still hasn’t gotten it fixed.

Testing phases (pre-alpha, alpha, beta, closed beta, etc.) issues, just gotta roll with the punches, it does suck when you have gotten some epic items or things accomplished but hey, remember it's all free

Many are still missing their Pearl Quest from 7 - 8 months ago ! Due to update taking them , No resolve from support !
