San Jose (Spanish Galleon)

They found it back in 2015 and it's too bad governments are fighting over it, even though they had nothing to do with it. On top of that, one of the governments, Colombia is probably one of the most corrupt governments yet today. I'd also like to know how they came up with a 17 billion value.
Everything (and everybody) is about $money$ these days and, I'm sure, the archeology/marine archeology communities continually struggle to preserve what they discover in light of everyone else wanting to become an opportunist.
