screen not loading

hello all i got a lot of trouble when sailing, often i get a loading screen when going to shore to deliver my loot , and it only shows the screen and no loading bar, have to restart each time

I'm no technical person -so I don't know the cause- but I suggest if you're on a ship with multiple people, close out the game completely, log back in and board the ship and then dock if that is possible (would have to ask the crew to wait for you of course), the other solution is to have shorter sailing runs.
