Server Down?

Im having log in problems on my account and my sons account

First I couldn't even attempt to connect, and the website was not loading either. Now I can log in but nothing loads, I just get an error message on the client screen after a minute of loading. Is the game down?

Same for me as well. After the initial 85%, it says that it couldn't connect to the game server, and upon clicking OK it stays at 0%.

It is up, 251 players online. Looks like many crashed and others are struggling to get on.

Its a hiccup, game will be fine again in a few.

@Sam Seabones We're going to have to give Queueing a few more days, not give up on it only a few hours after it is implemented. Let me remind you that the day Beta launched, a good 80% of players were struggling for hours to get online. Would you have liked us to give up on Beta because it was proposing problems on day one of its release? I didnt think so.

Relax, it's just the first day. There were bound to be hiccups. The queue system will be better than playtimes in the long run.

I got this message before it started not loading and haven't seen anyone else report it, don't know if i should actually bother customer support or if it's a similar issue to everyone else.

Thats a pretty common error message triggered by multiple reasons, likely related to this bump. Just give the game a few and come back to me if that error message sticks around.
