Ive been trying to level up my stuff and when I do either the skill points spent on there own or I don't get them. After some while I went to retrain the skills so maybe I get them back and I lost about 3 skill points every weapon. Thanks for reading and hopefully you get this fixed.

this is a display bug, it should be fixed upon logging out.
