Spania?

Does anyone know how to get into Spania, or is the guild always max? After reading some things about Spania I want to JOIN! haha

That would be awesome, I can't seem to find a guild to call home, I have attempted to make them (like 3 times) and have tried other guilds several, I can't find one. :/ Hopefully soon I can.
