I've finished all of the quests for the black pearl and the only thing I have left is the boss battle for it but have no clue how to start it if someone has done it already? If not then I'm currently at level 26 and want to know the best ways of leveling so I can get to 30 to start the ravens cove quest.

The black pearl boss battle and the Ravens Cove story quest have not been implemented yet.
