Just the new shops as far as I know. One thing that apparently has been brought back to shops is the tricorn hat. I chose that hat as my starter hat during the tutorial way back during the beta..

I seriously have my doubts that they can hold to that. Really glad they brought the hat back... for some reason in the game I am kind of a suffering hat person...lol. Although they are making great strives with content... they really have a long way to go and even further to go I think to win back the trust of long time players.
