Suggestion: every new avatar name, once accepted, should be automatically included in the white list.
The same with all names already approved till now.

It always seem a little bit strange to compliment somebody with a "Good evening, arrr" or "Nice to see you again, yarr".

Yes I agree with this suggestion, it is very difficult to refer to a pirate in crew when you can not say their name, for instance I am unable to say Lili. What is inappropriate about that? I had to ask where is the girl. That is just not acceptable.
