I was just a kid when I play potco and never know what brights, and other colors were and I was wondering
are these rare or should I delete

It's all personal preference really. Some will say that these are good and some will say that they are bad.

Any clothes that have the name bright in them, navy blue, forest green, magenta, lavender, or dark black are the rare clothing that start dropping in loot at Notoriety 20.

WAIT YOU HAVE TO BE LEVEL 20 FOR BRIGHTS XDDD
after spending over 24 hours grinding at lvl 10-20​

They are what is considered to be bright, loot only, clothing. They are not super popular ones, like the Dark Black Sack Vest et al, but if you are collecting those colors and they are what you want to wear then they are keepers.
