No, I'm aware of one other pirate who has it and heard there are a few more. However, I do believe it is the first one in this thread after 215 pages.

I spend all day at the Gold Room, and this is probably my best loot so far. There 2 famed that didn't make the cut, Spell Binder Doll and Demon Fang Knives.
