Its available everywhere. As long as your dagger is at least level 25. If you really want Silver Freeze I recommend going sailing.

Looting was actually pretty good today, skull drops were common, got 2 famed cursed, and leveled my alts grenades from level 10 to 18. Puffer Blade was a repeat which is kinda sad considering it is quite literally the only famed cursed I've looted on my alt and he got a second one
