In case you're tired of Tormenta, just get a low-level pirate and take to Kingshead! I found some blue in a skull there, but not the blue I expected (but still very exciting, being my first jacket/sack color match and another bright max save the dysfunctional hat and sash) (Also worth mentioning that the lavender pants were the same wave as the jacket):
