Treasure Fleet

Is there an issue with treasure fleet or did I have an isolated incident, twice now there has been treasure fleet thats supposed to launch and instead of launching the game just tells us that its been sunk before the notice has been given that its launched, once even 2 minutes before its apparent launch time

Aye, I also noticed that -notification went out around 1:20pm est, then I believe the sunk notice showed around 1:29pm est. (Abassa). Not sure if it actually launched or not, I was surprised to see the sunk notice so soon. I know they sink pretty fast on busy servers, but i saw it was before the intended launch time.
