uknown guild member?

hey guys there is this glitch where an iknown named pirates keep messaging me in guild even whn im not? and im member and it says im not sometimes?

potco has had some problems since yesterday in guild it made me veteran without the gm doing it... like it demoted me once then made me officer twice.... idk game is being stupid... it also made me basic and i had to dc my internet to be unlimited again.... game is horrible

If you just joined the guild members can whisper to you but it will appear as if they are offline. I just log out and back in which usually fixes it.
