To me it does not look like your graphics driver but almost as if the game did not update fully on your system.
Do you play the game through the browser or software?

Have you played around with the game setting like shutting off shadows and what not?

Your have some bumps on your back maybe you should go see the doc

Looks like your graphics are spazzing up.. Try turning off shadows, reducing the intensity, etc.
Hope you get it back to normal soon.
