What Best Blooper's You Ever Saw!

I have a really trained eye for continuity so I catch stuff all the time. Such as lengths of cigarettes, shaving cream/dirt/blood on faces/clothes as the scene shots switch back and fourth, same people in background walking past in the same direction multiple times, damage to vehicles as the chase progresses, etc...
