I’ve certainly imagined such abuse and think it likely occurs on occasion. I’ve never done that and would like to say that it is obvious that someone is leaching when their icon has been showing afk for a very long time. As I’ve said before in the case of an abusive captain you need not sail with him/her more than once but without the boot option a captain can’t avoid specific trolls and leaches. I suppose that it is possible to develop a banned from your ships list instead of the boot option but it seems more complex and challenging to develop and manage so I’m firmly in the “boot camp”, pun intended, lol.
