Will there been a revamp to the graphics

If you run on high settings, these were the graphics used in POTCO during it's run. Not sure what you mean by "revamp."

EDIT: Actually at any settings, the same quality textures were used in POTCO as they are used in TLOPO.
 
Personally new content with old graphics would make me way happier then needing to re-play the game to see old quests with the new graphics or just sea battles with my old toon.
