Windowed Borderless

I recently got another monitor, and it is kind of annoying not to be able to use both at once because there is no windowed borderless option (unless i missed it).

There is a windowed option, but that option i do not like because it leaves the massive border around the screen, and with one misclick you can accidentaly click on something in your task bar.
 
I tried to use the program Borderless Gaming to force it, but it wasn't meshing well with my screenshot and recording programs. And my recording program is a main reason I want windowed borderless for TLOPO! I've just been using windowed mode, which I rarely ever do for games...

So +1 on this request.

Yes, i would also like this option to stream if i wanted.
