you must complete one of your fortune quests

I'm trying to get the new quest for Halloween, but when I walk up to get the quest, it says "you must complete one of your fortune quests before accepting another task" anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

You probably have too many quests going. Try completing one or two then try again

How many quests can I have on me maximum to be able to get the quest? I have a lot on me atm.

I think you need less than 4 Fortune Quests in your log, so it is one (or more) of those you need to complete to be able to accept the Hollowed Wood quest.

I honestly have no idea which ones they are though. It was said in the other thread concerning this subject (here https://piratesforums.co/threads/fortune-quest-blocking-hallowed-quest.22935/ ) that it includes Weapon quests but idk what else.
