This guy would not stop trying to kill zombie at my window in black ops zombies (Zombies Der Riese Map) so i threw a nade at him not realizeing their was a swarm of zombies and then i killed myself along with 40 zombies Got the Sally Loves Blood XXII Badge for it too

I always keep a eye one where everything is, I had like 20 of them on me, but I still killed 5, not bad eh?

I was putting Jackal grenades on the flag stand to blow up cappers when they come near, and I walked on the 'nades when I blew 'em up.. (in Tribes Ascend)
Another Tribes fail was when I was flying a Shrike and I crashed headfirst into a hill.... Without even stopping >.>

On my first character in Skyrim, when you're first escaping a dragon attack there is a puddle of flammable oil. I was using a falme spell on a few enemies behind it when..it caught the oil and, I killed myself .
