Tip good bosses to get legendarys

Ok well i have to say as the game hints say level yellow loots give very good loot i think i get lots of high weapons from them :)
 
I have been looting for 8 months all I have gotten is Ripsaw Blade and Tyrant, and a couple bright clothing NOTHING MORE NO FAMED NO NOTHING!!! Talk about FRUSTRATING!!
 
i am level 42, and have yet to get a legendary. i've tried everything. Darkhart, South Idol, Foul, Neban, Davy Jones' crew, Raven Cove ghosts, all of it. Im about 1/2 way to 43, and i would love a legendary before i get to Notoriety 43. any suggestions?
 
It is all based on luck and my theory is 100% luck and 0% loot from certain bosses or otherwiseMost people say that a certain individual enemy can drop the loot you are looking for which is a false statement in my opinion.

well i agree its luck i got the sacred pistol from dark hart i was only there 5 minutes i know its not legendary but still a good pistol
