This is not a glitch or bug beta discussion or question, but more a game play discussion.
I was in El Patrons Mine to level up and found the 4 ghosts in an end room and decided to just grind for once. I'm a level 41.
Using a lvl 5 siege grenade takes out all four ghosts who range between 33-43 randomly between spawns.
I was counting all 4 killed as a 'round' and how many rounds I needed before a skull chest would show up.
I had done this the night previous without keeping track but had over 20 skulls with almost nothing to show for it except a rare treasure sense. 1 fame, not even near my level, which I already had.
Now comes last night, same ghosts, same channel, same siege grenades.
To start, I killed a total 188 ghosts and the final for the night I actually got a fame. A treasure sense.
Each mark stands for 4 kills, when followed by a @ that equals the skull chest drop. So III-@ means 12 kills with the final 4 the skull dropped. Which of the final 4 kills dropped the skull I couldn't tell because 90% of the time they went down as a group together. So I'm not using that parameter. This is also not completely accurate, as I might have forgotten to include a set of kills.
Here's the unofficial run down of my results. Each 'group' ended with the skull '@'. Then a new group commenced.
I'm not suggesting anything about patterns as this is probably a short series and to be actually more conclusive should be done every day at least, perhaps at same times?
Anyways, I think it shows skull chests are not as good as anticipated and I've included some screeners of some of the skull chest that were downright sad.
