These are great pic's, thanks Will, Jade and Hector.
Like most in the USA a decorated tree with stockings hanging up somewhere , lights like icicles handing from the roof outside. The fun part about all the lights is driving around neighbor hoods to see all the lights and decorations. Some ppl get fancy and have animation either with lights changing off and on to have a illusion of that the sceen is moving or things like moving objects that are electirc. On house has a small ferris wheel with elf 's riding on it. If you live by water then ppl decorated thier boats with lights and there is usually a parade of boats. Some neighborhoods are so visited that you can only walk through. Real Cool.
EDIT (Dec 11, 2010 11:19 PM):
Christmas in Toronto
First is the scharowsky crystal christmas tree

Christmas isnt that big in the australia, Ive only seen three houses with lights on them, its to hot most likely for celebrating.

I couldnt imagine having inflatables over here, this is the storm season and santa would end up mixed up with someones underwear on a clothes line .
I think over here we dont feel the true christmas,You guys over in the USA seem to have fires going, snow falling, building snow men , christmas carols in the street etc etc (maybe i watch to many movies ) lol .
Well the cold and snow does tend to help :)

And there are also some people who synchronize music and lights, and they look reeeeeeeeeeeally cool :D

Around my area alot of houses have got the lights up. I think compared to a few years ago, not as many people are doing it.Even the shops over here arent playing Christmas carols music.

i was in Big W yesterday and they had normal songs on and then went into Go Lo and they had bloody meditating type music that drove me mental and then Kmart had like normal music on but then they threw in a carol here and there.I used to work in Woolworths a few years back and fair dinkum the Christmas carols played over and over and over and after a day at work i would come home and the darn things would be playing in me head

Idk if anyone is from Sweden , but appearantly my algebra teacher does St. Loiuse doay. And its i guess about this woman who "chooses" and house or family and gives them food or something?

But we basically stay home and the night before christmas we open one present and yeah thats about it.
