No, he does not work for TLOPO. He runs the TLOPO fan site. He got 5 keys that he gets to give out apparently.

Yes, the fan site operator has been given 5 keys to give out. So 10 keys total are being given are being given out.

Wow its hard to keep up with these websites. When I go to the fansite and click to sign up for their newsletter nothing happens and I see nowhere to join up...

4? Theres only 2 official, Forums and Main. Then theres fan site, which has been given permission, and this site, which technically is not affiliated with TLOPO, but used to spread awareness
